Sale-Ready

A sale can proceed smoothly, without the delays that frequently affect some Greek property transactions. Del Cielo is offered fully sales-ready — legally registered, with all building permits in order. Complete documentation is available for inspection by serious buyers and their advisers.

Buying Process

Purchasing Del Cielo follows the well-established process for buying property in Greece. Briefly, it involves you appointing your own independent Greek lawyer, who carries out due diligence on the title and permits. You will need a Greek tax number, which will be quickly arranged, usually through your lawyer. Once terms are agreed, a deposit secures the property and takes it off the market. A public notary prepares and verifies the final contract. Then signing takes place before the notary, which transfers ownership, and the property is then registered at the Land Registry.
