Our 2025 season runs from 1st June – 28th September.

The weekly rate is £13,650, we normally take bookings Saturday to Saturday. Payment in 2 parts: 25% deposit upon booking, then the 75% balance due 90 days before arrival.

BOOKING TERMS

Prices given are per week for the whole property, with occupancy for up to 10 people. Minimum stay 7 nights.

There are no hidden extras and prices include linen, maid service (2 times per week) pool maintenance, gardener and local representatives on call 24/7.

The newly imposed climate tax levied by the Greek Government upon tourists is also included in our price.

The arrival/departure day is on a Saturday. We can sometimes accommodate a different arrival/departure day at the start and end of the season. For any further questions, please contact us.
