Before requesting a booking please check availability. We will usually respond within 12 hours.
Once we have confirmed availability we will normally hold the property for a short time, should you need to confer with friends and family.
In order for us to confirm a provisional booking we will need a deposit of 25% of the total price of your booking. There is also a £500 returnable breakages deposit.
